Breakfast Bagels Recipe

Most mornings, we just have a bowl of cereal for breakfast. Every now and then I get an itch for something different. This time, I really wanted to do something with the bagels we had, but also wanted some eggs because they keep me full most of the day. So I decided to try something new and made a breakfast bagel with eggs, cheese, and ham. You could also make this with bacon or other breakfast items, but that’s what I like on mine.

  • 1 bagel
  • 1 egg
  • 2 slices ham
  • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  1. Lightly toast the bagel
  2. In a small frying pan, cook the ham for a few minutes until warm
  3. Cook the egg as desired (I scramble mine slightly)
  4. Put the ham on the bagel, then the egg, then top with the cheese
