Country Fried Steak Recipe

Every time we make Country Fried Steak, I realize that it’s one of my favorite meals and always wonder why we don’t make it more often. It’s pretty easy to make, and doesn’t really take that long, I just forget about it sometimes. Typically I make it with some mashed potatoes and vegetables on the side, mostly because I like to put the gravy all over those as well. This is a great weeknight meal, it only takes about 30 minutes to make, and the leftovers heat up really well for lunch the next day too.
