Pasta All-In Recipe

Pasta All-In started from a recipe that I saw someone share on facebook, one of those many recipe videos that are floating around every day. It’s so easy because it’s all cooked in one pan, hence the name ‘pasta all-in’. The recipe video didn’t have a name for it, so I made my own. This recipe generally makes enough for 4 people, so I usually half the recipe for us. It can be reheated, but for some reason it’s one of those that we just don’t end up eating. So I have started making just enough for dinner that night. There’s nothing wrong with it the next day, we just don’t care for it. I can’t even tell you why. So try it for yourself and see what you think! Also, sometimes I don’t have enough vegetable broth, I have also made it with chicken broth and it is just as good! This is a great meatless option.

Servings: 4
Ingredients
  • 12 oz linguine
  • 1 can tomatoes diced
  • 1 large onion sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 2 tsp basil
  • 3 1/2 cups vegetable broth
  • Parmesan cheese
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients except parmesan cheese in large stock pot
  2. Cover and bring to a boil
  3. Reduce to a low simmer and keep covered
  4. Cook about 10 minutes or until noodles are done and most of the liquid has evaporated
  5. Serve garnished with parmesan cheese
