Where In The World… My Personal Travel Maps

I love to travel and visit new places, and I’m so glad that my husband does too. And the boys, even at 2 and almost 4, seem to enjoy traveling with us, and do really well when we travel. It’s so fun to get out and explore new places, new cities, new areas, new climates, new everything. Earlier this year we took a last-minute trip to Colorado and had a blast! Even at their young ages, my boys have stayed in 4 different states, and have been to many more if you count driving through! They’ve done the drive from Florida to Texas, which brought them through Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, and Louisiana, as well as the drive from Texas to Missouri bringing them through Arkansas as well.

Personally, I have travelled to/through about half of the states in the United States, and to multiple other countries as well. I am by no means done traveling, and we hope to be able to bring the boys to more new places as they get older. But I thought it would be fun to put together a map of my travels so far!

I have only lived in two states, Florida and Texas, but have been to so many more within the United States:

  • Alabama
  • Arkansas
  • California
  • Colorado
  • Florida
  • Georgia
  • Hawaii
  • Illinois
  • Indiana
  • Kentucky
  • Louisiana
  • Mississippi
  • Missouri
  • Nevada
  • New Mexico
  • North Carolina
  • Ohio
  • South Carolina
  • Tennessee
  • Texas
  • Utah
  • Virginia
  • West Virginia

I have also had the privilege to visit many other countries, all of them unique in their own way. I’ve only lived in the US, but have visited a few other countries:

  • USA
  • England
  • Ireland
  • Italy
  • Spain
  • France
  • Monaco
  • Bahamas
  • Dominican Republic
  • Mexico
  • Jamaica
  • Grand Cayman

Now that I know people in some of the countries I’ve visited I would love to go back. And I really want to go to the Harry Potter studio tour in London (it wasn’t open yet when I was there). I also want to visit new countries too, again to be able to visit the country and because I have friends in those countries now too thanks to my June baby facebook group.

Of course, when we were in London, we were right near Kings Cross Station so I had to get a photo heading to Hogwarts!

What’s the most exotic place you’ve ever travelled? Where do you want to go back to again? Or what place is on your list to head to next?

I LOVE to travel and want to hit every state in the USA. I am making a scrapbook with one page for each state – putting in a postcard from that state and pictures of us in that state. Fun to see all the places we have been!
