Un-Stuffed Pork Chops Recipe

Ok, these aren’t actually “stuffed” pork chops, but a much easier version that yields the same results, hence why I call them my “un-stuffed” pork chops. I layer the pork chops in between layers of stuffing. The stuffing stay moist and the pork gets cooked quicker this way. I don’t like actual stuffed pork chops because as soon as you try to cut them the stuffing all comes out anyways so it’s a lot of work for the same results.
